"Nidan Juices" (JSC), founded in 1998 in Novosibirsk (Siberia), is one of the "Big 4" Russian juice manufacturers. "Nidan Juices" controls 14.5% of the Russian juice market and is the absolute leader in Siberia. Key brands of "Nidan Juices" are "Moya Semya" (My Family), Caprice, Caprice Tea, Sokos, Da! (Yes!), Champion. "Nidan Juices", JSC joins all productive and sales assets, including two production facilities — "Nidan-Gross" LTD (Moscow) and "SP Nidan-Ecofruit" LTD (Novosibirsk). The Company distribution network covers 100% of the Russian territory and also includes Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Kirghizia, Belorussia, Mongolia, Uzbekistan, Moldova, Georgia and Armenia.

Since 2010 "Nidan Juices" is a member of The Coca-Cola group of companies.
